The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities, ensuring compliance with industry, company policies and employment regulations, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture in accordance to the value set by the company.
This role requires a versatile professional who can handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or service industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in a wellness or healthcare environment.
Familiarity with integrative medical practices and wellness initiatives.
