Job Overview
We're looking for a versatile
HR Generalist to join our team and play an essential role in supporting AvePoint's HR functions. As an HR Generalist, you'll manage key areas such as employee onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic HR environment and thrives on managing diverse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Orientation: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless integration into AvePoint.
- Employee Relations: Provide support in resolving employee queries, managing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure accurate and timely benefits enrollment.
- Performance Management Support: Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes.
- HR Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all HR practices align with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining organized and confidential employee records.
- Policy Implementation: Support the development and communication of HR policies to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Training and Development Coordination: Work with HR leadership to organize and facilitate employee development programs as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong foundation in various HR functions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster a supportive workplace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
