Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To understand clients business needs and suggesting improvements to end-to-end HR-processes
  • To build good relationship with prospective clients, employees
  • Perform full recruitment process which includes placing of job advertisements, sourcing potential profiles, staff onboarding for clients
  • Perform end to end payroll and billing processing. To ensure timely and accurate delivery of the related works for clients
  • Responsible to handling staffing issue for clients
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing, information update and confidentiality
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resources or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years related working experience
  • Languages skills required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client/etc.)
  • Independent & initiative personal skills & behavior
  • Able to work within a supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Possess own transport
  • Office location: Fraser Business Park, Metro Pudu KL
