Handle the full spectrum of HR management with a strong emphasis on payroll, compensation, and benefits.- Provide support for HR general functions, administration, and operations.
Manage HR operational tasks and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and other HR-related support services.
4 to 5 years of end-to-end HR experience.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and strong knowledge of labor laws.
Proficient in managing payroll, compensation, and benefits.- Experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Willingness to work onsite at KL Sentral & Selangor.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
