Payroll and administration- Responsible to manage and administer Companys Payroll and ensuring it is compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
Responsible to ensure salary budgets are within the Companys budget- Responsible maintaining and update staff personal database in HR System
Responsible in managing and maintaining of HR System and coordinating with Vendor with any issue related
- To provide an end-to-end administration service for all employment matters
Manage and administer full spectrum of recruitment activities, manpower planning and selection process
- Managing employee movement (Transfer/Promotion/Demotion) and update in database accordingly
Ensure staff complies with the Operating procedures set by the Company for smooth Operations.- Attend to all disputes and disciplinary problems involving employees and assist in resolving them.
Administer Foreign Worker Administration (Medical check-up/Renewal process/End contract process)
- Responsible to carry out any other duties as assigned by Management and supporting all HR day-to-day operations for the entire Department.
