Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Executive to oversee our human resources operations. The HR Executive will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. This position is pivotal in driving our organization's HR function to support our continued growth and operational excellence.
Organize and maintain employee personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Assist in company building management and maintenance.- Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance.
Monitor staff confirmation and yearly performance appraisal processes.
- Setup and schedule interview arrangements between candidates and Head of Departments.
Manage and maintain leave and off in lieu administration.- Handle staffs medical and insurances matters, i.e., enrolment, deletion, claim, yearly renewal, etc.
Monitor company assets, including assets dedicated to employees.
- To maintain the confidentiality of HR information at all times.
Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.- Liaise with government agencies or related parties when required.
Manage all issues related to building management. Liaise with contractors/PIC to ensure issues are resolved.
- PIC for pantry management. Responsible for the monthly and weekly stock replenishment to ensure staff welfare is taken care of.
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of related HR experience.
Well versed and knowledgeable of local employment laws and statutory.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Matured, self-motivated, disciplined and reliable
