ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full spectrum of human resources related activities including recruitment and manpower planning.
Oversee employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development, and employee retention.
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Coordinate and administer day-to-day HR operational and general administrative duties.
Handle employee relations and industrial disputes.
Coordinate in the performance review procedures as well as engage in career development initiatives and oversee performance management.
Implement strategies for employee retention.
Prepare reports and analyse data for information reporting and management decision-making.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years working experience as an HR Executive.
Experience in the SQL Payroll System.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation.
Proven experience in implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral).
Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented management.
