Job description
- Principal Responsibilities
Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations).
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Manage employees grievances.
- Ensure policies and procedures are flawlessly administrated and new policies adequately documented and communicated to all departments.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.- To understand and support the OSH, QMS and EMS policies and objectives.
To perform any other related tasks as Superior assigned from time to time.

Requirements and skills_
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
