Responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disputes in a fair and consistent manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve organizational practices.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Handle employee data changes such as address updates, promotions, and terminations.
Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Prepare and maintain HR-related documents such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.- Perform any other HR-related tasks or projects assigned by the Superior.
Qualifications:- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
