Familiar in handling employee relations, performance management, training and development.
Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote fair treatment and compliance with labor laws.
Serve as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues
