Provide support to the stakeholders on handling people-related matters onboarding, staff movements and off boarding process.- Build rapport and maintain good relationship with stakeholders, work closely with business leaders to provide appropriate advice and guidance.
Continuously review and ensure job descriptions are accurately updated for all existing and new positions according to the operations requirements.
- Participate in the sustainable organisation structure review and design, performance management process, succession planning, skills assessment, and talent development strategies to achieve business goals.
Support the management/ manager/ superior in HR Operations strategy and plans.- Own the end-to-end processing and documentation of the new joiners and leavers process to ensure accurate and efficient terminations of all cases.
Gather, analyse, and interpret HR-related data for report generation and management decision-making.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
-Coordinate Onboarding for new joiners.
-Coordinate & Implemented HRIS tools.
- Preparation of documentations for audit by internal and external.
Participate in the HR strategy discussion and responsible to manage the ad-hoc project assigned.
