Job Descriptions>> Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
>> Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/ or other issues
>> Administering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal system that drives high performance
>> Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
>> To handle all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment.
>> Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
>> Manage the recruitment & selection process by identifying candidates, conduct interviews and issuance of HR related letters
>> Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
>> Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.
