Job scopes:- Perform full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll, recruitment, compensation, trainings & developments and industrial relations.
Prepare, update and check the OT calculation, time attendance, employee movement, statutory (EPF, LHDN, SOCSO, HRDF), salary deductions, staff claims, leave records or any other relevant payroll data are capturing into the payroll system.- Ensure the payroll are computed accurately and paid timely.
Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, screening, attracting, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting integrity check on shortlisted candidates
- Advertise in the recruitment network to recruit potential candidates including social media, platforms, job boards, referrals.
Support the preparation of recruitment documents, onboarding activities.- Assist in planning and implementing organization development initiatives ie. performance management and goal setting that support formation of desired organizational culture and development needs.
Assist in employment decisions, including disciplinary, and termination decisions, insuring adherence to company policy and compliance with legislation.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Possess excellent internal personal & communication skills.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
