Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, employment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters.
Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.- Staff on-board procedure such as personal supporting documents, assign company email, access card, assign work station, brief of company policies, new staff orientation etc.
Staff off-boarding procedure such as staff exit procedure, re-direct of company email etc.
- Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
Maintains human resource information records and compiles reports.- Responsible in administrative matters.
Review and update the organization charts, photo charts and function charts.
- Coordinate in HR events - birthday lunch, family days, annual dinner.
Experienced in HRDC and ISO is an advantage.- Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
