Inform the calculation of salary, OT and statutory deductions, ensuring the accuracy of payment processes that comply with statutory requirements.
With regards to statutory agencies on things like EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax if required.
Employee records in HR systems, attendance monitoring, leave records, resignation records and to ensure accuracy of records in the database.
Head of department in providing verification, promotion, incremental and other correspondence.
Improve all new / existing employee information in HR systems and databases.
Prepare and maintain departmental documents (ie departmental memo, etc.) and new and existing employee documents (i.e. Work Letter, extension, letter of increase etc.) and other administrative duties.
