Job Description

Location : Damansara Uptown
  • MISSION :
Provide the employees, teams and managers high quality support for the Personnel Function processes to do with individual management and development and/or recruitment.
  • Provide the Proximity Development Partner with the support necessary to perform their functions.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Service Personnel (SP)
Update and maintain employee records.
  • Validation of personnel claims and benefits.
Manage expatriates'relocation and related topics.
  • Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner.
Coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding.
Collaborate with payroll agent to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Perform any other tasks, projects, or ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors and management.
  • Internal Communications
Raise Purchase Order (PO).
  • Manages corporate hotel and involve in corporate rate negotiation on a yearly basis.
Manages company rental car fleet which includes assignment of vehicle, arranging for vehicle maintenance, managing violation tickets and fines issued and briefing of any new update from the rental company.
  • Lead deployment of regional and global communication initiatives and manage country internal communication platforms (Intranet, email, WhatsApp, teams and physical events (e.g: Townhall), represent the internal communication function within the country crisis cell team.
Assist in any ad-hoc project in the business.
  • Job Requirement :
Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Multitasking and problem solving
Resourceful and curious
  • Quick, accurate and able to stay organized
Willingness to learn and be a part of a small diverse team
  • Experienced in HR & Office administration is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
