ESD Application:- Experiences and familiar with Expatriate Service Division (ESD) Application
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct investigations into workplace concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelors degree in human resource / business administration or equivalent.
At least 2-4 years of working experiences
Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Effective and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and integrity, and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
