We are mainly dealing in Electronic, Electrical & Automotive Connectors, Bicycle Components, Fishing Tackle Parts and Plastic Injection Molding.
Maintain and update the Time Management System, including attendance, employee data, leave records and information related to new hires and resignations on a daily basis.
- Execute the monthly payroll cycle to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Collect, calculate and input data to update and maintain payroll information.- Verify the accuracy of payroll data, including hours worked, overtime and leave.
Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure accurate and current staff attendance and leave records. Regularly update employee records to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Knowledge of Easy Pay Payroll Software is advantageous.- Resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide information and support concerning payroll policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day general administrative support as and when required. Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department and Management.
- Qualifications & experience
Certificate/Diploma.
Medical.
- Willing to work at Gelang Patah, Johor.
