Job Description:- Oversee all aspects of HR & Admin, including payroll, compensation, career development, performance management, training, personnel affairs policies, administration, etc
Manage monthly payroll, HR daily operations, and mandatory government statutory submissions- Conduct employee counseling, handle grievances and manage disciplinary matters
Manage employee movements (promotions, transfers, terminations, hiring, etc)
- Assist to conduct staff welfare activities such as festive celebrations, annual dinners etc
Maintain and update of employee personal information file, attendance, punctuality, absence, annual leaves, medical certificate, medical claims, etc- Ensure all relevant daily HR operation are in compliance with company rules & regulations as well as government requirements.
Any ad hoc tasks from management
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimun 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin field
Well versed of the Employee Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
