Responsibilities
- Perform full set of retail staff payroll involving statutory deduction& contribution, benefit payment/deduction
Calculate staffs OT and incentives prior to computation of payroll processing- To liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp
Monitor & update and administer staff leave, medical claim and attendance records
- Manage employee personnel file and data management
Follow-up and update job descriptions for new, transferred or promoted staff/position- Assist in reviewing retail staffs KPI
Provide assistance in other HR administrative duties Requirements
- SPM or above qualifications
Strong attention to detail- Ability to keep and operate in total confidentiality
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications Microsoft Office - Words, Excel & Power point
* Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
