Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to-end (from managing multiple job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening shortlisting, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, reference check-up and etc).
Monitoring staff confirmation and yearly performance appraisal process.
Develop, implement and review company policies & procedures as and when required.
Provide advice to stakeholders on HR-related matters according to the Employment Act and/or company policies.
Handle employee grievances and implement employee relations engagement activities to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
To administration HR issues such as disciplinary issues, and termination.
Assist with monthly hostel inspections.
Assist in employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
Assist in arranging training related matters to meet training needs
Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
