To join our pre-opening team, we are seeking a passionate HR Executive who can combine informality and fun with professionalism and sophistication, with an inclusive spirit who embraces individuality and injects positivity into their work environments.

Your day to day
Every day is different, but youll mostly be:
Own the administration of the department and ensure our HR files and systems are up to date.
Enhance the on-boarding experience of the new starters by organising the orientation day, preparing the new starter packs, and helping new joiners to complete their onboarding.
Ensure compliance with relevant immigration regulations for each new starter.
Be an expert on our HR systems and platforms and act as first point of contact for employee queries on these.
Prepare reports using our HR system, MYHR on a monthly and ad hoc basis. Pull insights from these on a quarterly basis.
Organise and communicate culture initiatives and activities across the hotel to promote wellbeing, engagement, and awareness.
Take minutes during employee relations meetings when required.
Prepare reports using HR systems.
Implement and support all IHG initiatives and programmes as required.
What we need from you
For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:
Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Education or related field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent administration and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Experience in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
HR exposure would be beneficial.
A discrete manner in dealing with highly confidential information.
