JOB DESCRIPTION- Administering on-boarding process for new hire and compile HR documents of new employees, ensuring a copy is shared with HRKL. Maintaining and recording employee attendance including permanent, contract and daily paid staff and issue letter/email to anyone that is absent without official leave.
Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees and update any changes periodically when there is resignation, new employee joining or employee due for confirmation.- Oversee record of annual leaves and medical leaves every month.
Preparing monthly salary confirmation report to check on unpaid leaves or excess utilization leaves.
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies, Quality Policy, Quality Objective, Quality Risks and respective controls implementation.
Managing workplace safety issues and complaints relating to employees.- Update and keep abreast of Employment Act, Industrial Act, Labour Law and any changes thereon and refer to HR Manager if need any clarification; managed grievances and participated in organizational arbitrations.
Perform other duties assigned or as instructed by General Manager of Operation/Base Manager or top management from head office.
- QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
Possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or any related courses.
- Minimum 2- 3 years working experience.
Preferably experience working in oil and gas industry- Based at Kemaman, Terengganu
