You will play an important role to- Handle day-to-day operations of the HR & Administration functions
Handle full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interview and onboarding process- Develop reliable sources of hiring channels in order to continue provide manpower support for business operation needs
Review and evaluate the new joiner work performance in order to monitor the quality of hiring
- Monitor staff confirmation and periodic Performance Appraisal process
Assist in handling and reviewing employees training needs and evaluation with the respective departmental heads- Maintain accurate and up to date human resource files, records and documentation
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance appraisal etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
Assist in office administration.- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
- To be successful in this role you will need to have
At least a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline- 1-2 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist.
Basic knowledge of Employment laws and related statutory bodies requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Meticulous, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner- A Team player and Good time management skills
Possess analytical skills with a problem solving attitude
- Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
