Responsibilities : Overseeing the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions, from payroll management and compensation structuring to career development initiatives, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
Taking charge of monthly payroll processing and ensuring timely submission of mandatory government statutory filings, including adapt handling of government grant applications.
Conducting employee counselling session, effectively managing grievances, and overseeing disciplinary proceedings when necessary.
Liasing with pertinent government statutory bodies, such as EPF, SOSCO, EIS, and Income Tax, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Managing all aspects of employee movements, encompassing recruitment, promotions, transfers, terminations, and retirement procedures.
Upholding compliance with labour regulations and addressing any emerging compliance issues promptly and effectively.
Handling ad-hoc tasks and preparing comprehensive reports as mandated by senior management.
Minimum 2 year experience in Human Resources.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS Software is advantages.
