Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire
Coordinate visa applications, work permits, and other immigration processes.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including orientation and cultural assimilation programs.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of staff, including work permits, visas, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with legal advisors and government agencies regarding immigration and employment matters.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Facilitate communication between staff and other departments to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Address and resolve any issues related to cultural differences or integration challenges.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support the professional growth of foreign staff.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a multicultural workplace.
Develop and deliver cross-cultural training programs to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation.- Organize social events and activities to promote cultural exchange and team bonding.
Diploma or degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in HR, preferably with a focus on managing international employees.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
