BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR AN HR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The HR Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Regional Head of Procurement and to the Product Centre wider Team related to HR matters. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management

FUNCTION: Operations

SALARY RANGE: Starting From RM5,400.00 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

LOCATION: Damansara City, Kuala Lumpur

Reports to: HRBP

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: APMEA

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Regional Head of Procurement.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, visa and transportation for the Product Centre Team.
  • Prepare and process expense reports.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and files.
  • Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.

HR Operations:

  • Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork.
  • Support the administration of employee well-being programs.
  • Assist with the coordination of employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, as needed.

Other Duties:

  • Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment, building management.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, as assigned.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in an HR department.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
