HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE- Job Requirement / Responsibility
To organize all recruitment-related activities including screening of resumes, arranging of interviews, interviewing
- To manage the administration of the HR policies, procedure and program, to include:
Handle junior to mid-level recruitment- Ensure that all job descriptions are up to date
Ensure that the company practices are compliant with MOM rules and regulations
- Preparation of employment letter
Conduct orientation and follow-through with the on-boarding process of all new staff- Compile and prepare monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes
Act as the primary point of contact for staff regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.- Facilitate communication between staff and other departments to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Address and resolve any issues related to cultural differences or integration challenges.
