Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production (Metal Fabrication)
Position Title: HR Generalist/HR Executive
- Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours:
5 days, Monday to Friday ( Salary Package: Basic + OT + Handphone Allowance + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role
Ensure daily attendance and overtime records are updated and accurate.- Submit monthly attendance to Finance by month end.
Proficient in applying for WP, SP, EP, MOM surveys, and managing company EPOL & MOM portals.
- Prepare all necessary HR-related memos and letters.
Schedule internal and external training sessions, including CSOC, MSOC, and Coretrade certifications.- Perform HR software Management maintenance.
Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
- Issue laptop and safety equipment to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.
Address and resolve employee conflicts; maintain HR policies.- Provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries as required.
Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
Diploma in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in Infotech HR software.
Experience in SME Construction Company in handling Foreign Workers.- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices.
