Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances. Assist in resolving employee relations issues.- Training and development: Manage and perform full spectrum of training & development function including conduct orientation training to new joiners.
HR administration: To ensure HR records are in proper. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulation, employment pass application.
- Maintaining and updating HR related records and systems.
Manage and handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and management.
Requirement- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Admin or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge with current HR practices and Employment Act / Industrial Relations Act & other employment statutory related requirements.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Experiences and familiar with Expatriate Service Division (ESD) Application
