HR cum Payroll Specialist.
- As an HR cum Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in:
Manage daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.- Address employee inquiries and provide HR support.
Process monthly payroll accurately and in compliance with local regulations.
- Stay updated on HR and payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll administration.
Proficiency in payroll software (SQL) and HRIS systems.- Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
