Full job description (HR CUM ADMIN)Provide front desk reception duties include handling of all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
Collect, receive, and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
- Meeting room arrangement.
Maintain tidiness of the reception area.- Maintain and upkeep of office facilities, and office housekeeping.
Liaise with suppliers such as printing, company uniforms, stationery and order of drinking water etc.
- To order and arrange corporate meals.
To ensure and maintain cleanliness of the pantry.- Arranging for office supplier service.
To order and stock up pantry item.
- To supervise cleaner on office cleaning.
Assist in the full cycle of recruitment process, including recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, phone screening, scheduling interview, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist to source potential candidates against job requirements via diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
Assist to maintain and update employee records and other HR-related documentation.- Assist in providing support in employee relations, addressing queries, and resolving any workplace issues.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the preparation of company internal newsletter and announcements.
To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field.- 2 years of related administration/human resource experience an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
Position is available at Amans Vision Enterprise, Jejawi, Perlis
- Operation hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Saturday, 8 am to 1pm.
