Responsibilities:- Support in the implementation of HR Policies & Employee Handbook
Responsible for the end-to-end monthly payroll processing.- Responsible for the recruitment & hiring process, scopes including posting of job advertisement, screening & filtering, conduct HR interview (remote) and provide feedback to hiring manager/Management.
Support in salary negotiation and offering process if required. Prepare employment contract and follow up with candidate on the commencement date.
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of employee performance appraisal.
Support in managing the employee disciplinary/performance/misconduct issue, issue HR related letters and ensure case is closed.- Responsible for the administrative tasks, not limited to
Update of company organization chart.
- Maintain up to date training database, including certificates.
Tracking of the expiry / renewal of permit & license.- Prepare weekly report and status update to Management.
Employee claims verification (weekly).
- Support HR reporting and analytics as needed.
Others
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar HR cum Admin capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
