Responsibilities:
- Partners with the management team and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with store operations departments to understand skills and competencies required for the openings.
- Maintains company compliance with meeting all government reporting requirements
- Follows the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and maintains the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
- Take on an active role in fostering company culture and influence behaviors toward a performance driven organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
- Experience in building a start-up team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources Leader positions with proven experience in Singapore
Human Resources experience in retail experience is preferred- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
