Our client, a well-established and highly successful global financial institution, is undergoing rapid expansion. To support its ambitious growth trajectory, there is a unique opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join its dynamic Human Resources team, based in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
As a strategic HR advisor, you'll collaborate with regional HR COE colleagues to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, tackling key areas such as attrition, employee engagement, absenteeism, industrial and employee relations, and HR operations. This role combines strategic insight with hands-on execution to enhance talent acquisition, development, and retention, creating a high-performance culture that supports significant headcount growth and strengthened capabilities on the horizon.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with over 10 years of experience as HR Business Partner in shared services environment. You have a solid background in managing technical and operational support workforces, and you can seamlessly switch between strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at engaging senior stakeholders. You are commercial and adopt a proactive and hands-on approach that drives success and supports organizational goals.
