Monitor and review employee monthly attendance, taking necessary actions as required.- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.- Assist in coordinating training sessions and professional development programs.
Track and report on employee training and development activities.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Certificate /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field.
- Male candidates preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience.- Good knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
