We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to the overall positive work environment at BRight Hill Kindergarten.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and accurate.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Handle employee relations and address any issues or concerns that arise.
Coordinate staff training and development programs.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
