Job Duties & Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment process including Job Advertising, Involve in Screening and Interviewing Candidates.
Assist monitor and upkeep of employee personal records to ensure all information are updated and documented accurately.- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws.
Assist in handling foreign workers affairs such as permit application, monitoring of expiry date coordination of FOMEMA and etc.
- Assist in training and development
Assist in performance management and employee engagement- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition or fresh graduate.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills in interact effectively within the organization as well as external parties.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and BM.
Team player with the ability to organize and plan.
