- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits documentation.
- Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
- Process payroll accurately and timely, including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation adjustments.
- Manage statutory contributions and deductions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle work permit applications for foreign workers and expatriates.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively across the organization.
- Handle employee disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage grievance procedures effectively, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
