Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the Heads of Departments to define the strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and People Operations.
  • Drive, initiate, and implement key talent initiatives in line with the organisations business needs and growth plans.
  • Be a trusted partner and advisor to the workforce plans and supporting other team leads across their people and culture needs to ensure a positive employee experience and performance excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among the employees and drive regular performance and coaching conversations to ensure development and succession of key talent in the organisation.
  • Develop, review, and update employee relations policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR advisory, or a related field
  • Excellent command in English language and good writing and leadership skills.
  • Good command in Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage.
  • Openness, flexibility, and creativity, especially in visioning the People strategy and plans.
  • Familiarity with the local labour regulations.
  • Skills required: Recruitment, employee relation, on boarding, compliance, employent laws.
