Work closely with the Heads of Departments to define the strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and People Operations.
Drive, initiate, and implement key talent initiatives in line with the organisations business needs and growth plans.
Be a trusted partner and advisor to the workforce plans and supporting other team leads across their people and culture needs to ensure a positive employee experience and performance excellence.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among the employees and drive regular performance and coaching conversations to ensure development and succession of key talent in the organisation.
Develop, review, and update employee relations policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR advisory, or a related field
Excellent command in English language and good writing and leadership skills.
Good command in Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage.
Openness, flexibility, and creativity, especially in visioning the People strategy and plans.
Familiarity with the local labour regulations.
Skills required: Recruitment, employee relation, on boarding, compliance, employent laws.
