Job SummaryThe Recruitment manages the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the organization. This position exists to employ the right people with the right skills and attitude, and the right culture fit to support and accomplish the companys mission. Creates and executes a strategy for talent acquisition and determines best recruiting and selection models in consultation with Superior to meet business needs
- Strategies and implement recruitment activities including but not limited to participating in career fairs, LinkedIn , media advertisements and recruitment agencies if necessary
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Manage the sourcing process for all external hires and ensure all CVs obtained are process and update to superior
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Conducts job interviews for the key jobs in the organization and make recommendation for second interview with Management Team.
- Drive continuous process improvements in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment.
- Review data pertaining to the reasons for turnover for all employees, and use that information to refine recruitment processes.
- Has strong recruiting experiences in Retails & Hotel industries would be added advantages
- Requirements
A minimum of 1 years of working experience
A dynamic and forward thinking approach to recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact comfortably with all levels, building effective working relationships with Mavengers
A good team player and able contribute to achieving individual and team objectives
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
