-Assist to plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge.
- Assist to conduct organization-wide annual training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
-Assist to prepare annual training plans and schedules (outsourced and / or in-house).
-Assit to review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials.
-Assist to deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
-Assist to distribute and monitor returning of training evaluation form and prepare training evaluation summary report.
-Assist in maintain, monitor, and update training records.
- Assist in carry out orientation / induction programme for all level of new level employee.
