Responsibilities:
1) Perform the full cycle of recruitment process for operation and management level.
2) Responsible in preparing recruitment materials and job posting to appropriate job portals and potential materials.
3) Conduct and attends career fair.
4) Responsible for the onboarding program, staff development program & orientation program.
5) Involve and manage employee engagement activities for all branches.
6) Responsible for HRDCorp claimable course submission
7) Responsible for staff survey reports.
10) Prepare report on recruitment process
Administrative
1) Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, including complaints and conflicts.
2) Ensure manufacturing facilities and environment in good condition.
3) Planning and execute company events such as annual dinner, Raya celebrations and etc.
4) Prepare letters and monthly report.
5) To organize and maintain employee personal file and ensure that all files are accurate, current, and complete.
6) Responsible for preparing Management Review Meeting Report.
Foreign Workers
1) Responsible for preparing and review report regarding on foreign workers arrival, Fomema status and permit validation status.
2) Ensure foreign workers accommodation in a good condition. Criteria:
1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2) Experience in HR roles is an advantage.
3) Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (will be an advantage)
4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8) Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
9) Strong ethics and a commitment to maintaining a fair and inclusive workplace.
