Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing end to end process of recruitment and onboarding of new employees and/or affiliates for the organization.
  • Developing programmes to enhance employee relations
  • Managing employees compensation and benefits programs
  • Support the company in enhancing employee experience and engagement
  • Support and monitor affiliates activities involving live streaming
  • Develop company employment policies and ensure that employees adheres to the policies and procedures.
  • Advising management on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
  • Recording and processing confidential information including payroll.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in HR Management
  • At least 2 years related working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of employment law
  • High integrity and sensitive towards confidential data management
  • Able to work under pressure and also work well with all levels within the organization.
  • Good attention to details
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Familiarity in eCommerce and/or Social Medias would be an advantage. Candidate who are eager and quick to learn would also be considered.
