Job Description
As Human Resource & Payroll Executive at Oligo, you are responsible for a full spectrum of daily Human Resource Administration-related functions, which include the monthly payroll processing, reporting and client HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Support and handle the full spectrum of daily Human Resource administration.
- Administer full spectrum of payroll administration on the HRIS system and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of timesheet processing and reports.
- Handle queries regarding Human Resource matters.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly leave, timesheet and claim reports.
- To administer leave records, if required.
- Support and handle other administrative duties, including other customer HR support, and other HRIS implementation support
- Serve as the point of contact for HR matters for customers.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Qualification & Requirements
- Must possess at least a Degree related to Human Resources or in any similar discipline.
- At least 1 year of HR-related experience and strong knowledge and experience in Malaysian Employment Law and current best practices.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and payroll systems, will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and communicate well with the team members and management.
- Able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
