JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Look for the administration of payroll and benefits
Preparation of payroll information to payroll provider after verification of HRM by the 7th of every month.- Process employees monthly overtime and allowances after verification from respective departments.

- Ensures Income Tax submission for expatriates prior to them leaving the country or expiration of the contract.
Maintaining required confidentiality of every employee information, payroll related and maintaining HR database- Take part in internal & external audit compliance and make sure all the documents related in readiness.
Participate in annual salary and bonus reviews.
- Coordination of yearly salary data for review and analysis
Managing new recruitment and resignation including Conducting New Hires Orientation and Induction program on companies policies and Health/Insurance program.- Coordinates the documentation, application, submission, and approvals for expatriate employment pass.
Updating job descriptions, job adverts, and job application forms
- To handle employee complaints and disputes failing which, to escalate to HRM.
Ensure advice is based on HR Handbook and rules and regulations determined by Mgmt.- The monthly processing of claims is strict to be based on HR policy.
Closure or non-closure of issues with reasons to be notified to employees
- Coordinates monthly reports (also for ESG) on Payroll, Headcount, Management Commentary, Overtime, Manhours, Training and all HR-related activities by 1st week of every month.
Maintain legal register and follow-up/coordinate with departments of compliance-related action items- Maintain compliance items on QOL (internal system)
Advise on and monitor compliance-related activities
Minimum 3 years and above experience in Human Resource
- Diploma or Degree in a related Human Resource or Business Administration
Good analytical skills, system administration, excel, and organizational skills- Must be able to communicate in English well due to the multi-national environment.
