The HR and Admin Manager
will be responsible for overseeing all spectrum of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the business processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably within manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
