Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist on recruitment for local recruitment including advertise vacancy or recruitment agency and follow up with new staffs / workers for orientation and all forms submission and arrange medical checkup for new staff.
Assist on SL Factorys timesheet and payroll which is not limited to preparing relevant letters / reports, tax submission, eg BE, CP21, CP
  • Update new join and resign staff profile including companys insurance registration including assigned and upkeep fingerprint number for new or resigned staffs / workers.
Assist on FW interview and arrangement for onboarding and offboarding matters, and coordinate on worker survey / renewal & appraisal.
  • Assist on new staff appraisal before due probation period and coordinate mid-year or yearend performance management arrangement and issuance of letters.
Coordinate and notify BG payroll team about staff movements (new or resigned) by RFA notification, transfer letter, update SL manpower report and manpower chart.
  • Maintain and update Seelong manpower name list, labor Sub-corn and Sub-contractor file, add info to Boss I-net, iFlexi system & TCMS (including resigned staff).
Assist on subcon thumbprint registration, data update or movement, and reports which to check and register subcon and labour subcon workers passport, permit and their documentations and update legality information.
  • Assist in disciplinary matters, inclusive investigations, counselling sessions, disciplinary letters as well as Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
Verify monthly Staff claim.
  • Any other job function and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary, assigned from time to time.
  • Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resources/ Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in HR field
Required skill(s): MS Office Applications
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa
Experience in handling payroll & disciplinary (IR background) will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
