Main objective This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and administrative functions within an organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management, and fostering a positive and happy working environment.
- Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Enhance and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, and questions.
Foster a positive and happy work environment.- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Compliance and Legal
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.- Handle disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments.
- HR Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Prepare and manage the HR budget.- Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.
Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related matters.
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs and design training programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions.- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
- Centralized Document Management
- Enhance and maintain a centralized document management system.
Ensure all company documents, records, and files are properly stored, organized, and easily accessible.- Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure document security, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Office Management
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to all.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office/admin staff.
Based in Setia Avenue, Setia Alam, Selangor
- Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.( 30 minutes flexibility in clocking in and out )

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3-4 year(s) related experience in Human Resources or similar role with administrative responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Proficient spoken and written in English and Malay. Mandarin capability will be an added advantage.
Result oriented, strong follow up, good analytical skills.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Punctual, meticulous, reliable, independent, self-motivated, and pleasant personality and have good courtesy.
