Job Description
-Full responsible for Admin jobs and handle Factory's Workers :-
  • Check worker's attendance & prepare payroll (monthly basic for Foreign worker's only)
Renew Foreign worker's Passport, Permit , Insurance , Fomema
  • Arranging flight ticket for workers
Arranging Runner / Despatch
  • Key in all the general expenses into SQL system before account closing (Electricity , Water , Maxis , TM, TNG, Petronas and etc)
Prepare payment for all general expenses billing
  • Renew license, road tax & insurance
Prepare staffs claim and incentive report
  • Ordering office supplies
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Job Requirement
Able to work independently
  • Able to work well with others
Highly dedicated, good interpersonal/communication skill, responsible and team-focused
  • Required Skill(s): Ms Office, SQL accounting system
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: RM1,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
